The days are long and our summer fields are bursting with bounty!  These sultry summer flowers like it hot, and they make for especially luscious, opulent arrangements.  Spend the morning at our farm and learn to make an organic, wild-feeling compote arrangement with freshly-picked blooms.

We’ll give you a tour of our summer flower beds, then you can cut some beauties of your own to use in your centerpiece.  You’ll watch a detailed arranging demonstration, learning the mechanics and design decisions behind building a compote arrangement.  With our guidance, you’ll create a stunning floral compote of your very own.  

We will provide everything you need to make one of these artful floral centerpieces: flowers, tools, compote containers, and morning snacks and drinks.  We’ll also take some instagram-worthy photographs of your work before you take it home!
